The No Machine

We help organisations learn to say no to bad AI. So we built a machine for it. Ask us anything — we will say no in every language known to humankind (and a few that aren't).

AI adoption that protects as well as progresses

Too many organisations rush toward AI capability without the governance architecture to sustain it safely. We help leadership teams build both.

Our approach starts with understanding your risk profile, regulatory context, and organisational maturity — before we recommend a single AI tool or platform. Governance is not a constraint. In the right hands, it is a commercial advantage.

Risk-aware by design

Every recommendation accounts for your organisation's specific risk appetite and regulatory exposure.

Business outcomes first

AI investment is only valuable when it translates into measurable commercial or operational improvement.

Executive clarity

Leadership teams should understand AI decisions — we translate complexity into clear strategic choices.

Sustainable at scale

We design for long-term maturity, not one-off deployments — building the capability to grow with you.

Senior leadership experience applied to your AI challenge

Chris Davies brings over 15 years of technology and transformation leadership experience across telecommunications, managed services, and enterprise technology — advising boards, guiding senior leadership teams, and delivering lasting operational change.

Unlike generalist AI consultancies, AxionAI.club is built on the direct experience of having sat in the rooms where these decisions are made. Chris understands the commercial pressures, board dynamics, and operational realities that shape how organisations adopt new technology.

His work focuses on ensuring that AI adoption is grounded in business strategy, supported by sound governance, and delivered in a way that builds lasting internal capability.

From first conversation to real outcomes

No lengthy procurement. No boilerplate proposals. Here is what working with us actually looks like.

01

Discovery call

30 minutes. We listen. You tell us where you are, what you are trying to achieve, and what is getting in the way. No hard sell — just an honest conversation.

02

Scoped proposal

Within a few days we send a clear, fixed-scope proposal. No ambiguity on cost or deliverable. You decide if it makes sense.

03

Engagement delivery

We do the work — workshop, framework, assessment, or advisory. We are direct, practical, and we never talk down to your leadership team.

04

Lasting capability

Engagements leave you more capable, not more dependent. You get clear outputs, frameworks you can own, and knowledge that stays in the room.

Questions people usually ask before getting in touch

What does an engagement with AxionAI.club actually look like? +
It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call — no commitment, no hard sell. From there, we scope a specific engagement (workshop, governance review, advisory retainer, due diligence assessment) and send a clear fixed-price proposal. Engagements are tailored: some are a single half-day workshop, others are multi-month advisory programmes. We shape everything around what is genuinely useful for your organisation.
Do I need to know about AI before engaging you? +
No. Most of our clients come to us precisely because they do not feel they have enough knowledge to make confident AI decisions. Building that confidence is part of what we do. You do not need to have done anything with AI yet — curiosity and a desire to make good decisions is enough.
How much does it cost? +
Engagements are scoped and priced individually, because organisations vary enormously in size, complexity, and what they actually need. We do not have off-the-shelf day rates or unclear retainer models. After the discovery call, we send a clear proposal with a fixed price for a defined scope. Most first engagements are between £2,500 and £12,000 — but that varies. If it is not the right fit commercially, we will tell you.
Are you vendor-neutral? +
Yes, completely. We have no commercial relationships with AI platform vendors, tooling companies, or software resellers. Our only interest is in recommending what is right for your organisation. If the right answer is not to buy anything, we will say so.
Can you help with M&A technology due diligence? +
Yes. We provide operational and technology due diligence for both acquirers (assessing a target's technology, AI strategy, and data infrastructure) and for businesses preparing to be acquired (building the technology narrative and data room preparation). Enquire via the contact page mentioning due diligence.
Do you work with small businesses as well as large organisations? +
Yes. Alongside our executive advisory work for enterprise organisations, we provide straightforward digital services for small businesses — from professional email and website hosting through to AI tools setup and productivity platforms. Visit the Small Business section for more detail.
