Built on experience. Guided by principle.

AxionAI.club was founded on a simple belief: that the organisations most likely to succeed with AI are those that approach it with clarity, governance, and a genuine focus on business outcomes — not the ones that move fastest.

Our approach to AI advisory

We are not in the business of selling AI solutions. We are in the business of helping organisations make better decisions about AI — and supporting them in translating those decisions into lasting commercial value.

Governance before capability

Every engagement begins with an honest assessment of governance readiness. Deploying AI without governance architecture is not progress — it is risk that has not yet materialised.

Business outcomes, not technology

We are technology agnostic and commercially focused. The question we ask first is not "which AI tool?" but "what outcome do you need, and is AI genuinely the right path to it?"

Executive understanding

Leadership teams cannot effectively govern what they do not understand. Building genuine AI literacy at the top of organisations is as important as any technical implementation.

Proportionate and practical

AI advisory should be proportionate to your organisation's scale, maturity, and risk profile. We do not recommend complexity for its own sake — only what is genuinely useful.

Trusted and independent

We have no commercial relationships with AI vendors or platforms. Our recommendations are guided only by your interests and what the evidence supports.

Long-term maturity

Our goal is to leave organisations genuinely more capable — not dependent on ongoing advisory. We build internal knowledge, not consultancy dependency.

Practical AI advisory for real business decisions

AI is frequently presented as either a transformative miracle or an existential threat. Neither framing is useful to a business leader trying to make sensible decisions in a complex environment.

Our approach is grounded in commercial reality. We help organisations cut through the noise, understand what AI can genuinely do for them today, manage the risks responsibly, and build a foundation for increasing capability over time.

Every engagement draws on direct leadership experience — the kind that can only come from having navigated technology adoption, organisational change, and board dynamics from the inside.

Strategic

Connecting AI to business strategy, not the other way around.

Governed

Frameworks that protect organisations while enabling progress.

Clear

Translating complexity into decisions that leaders can act on.

Practical

Advice grounded in what actually works, not theoretical models.

Chris Davies

Technology and transformation executive. AI advisory specialist. Trusted advisor to boards and leadership teams.

Chris Davies is an experienced technology and transformation executive with leadership experience across telecommunications, managed services, enterprise technology, and operational transformation.

His career has spanned some of the most complex areas of technology adoption and operational change — working alongside executive teams and boards to translate technology capability into commercial and operational value. He has led transformation programmes, built data-driven organisations, and helped finance and operational leaders get access to the intelligence they need to make better decisions.

AxionAI.club was created to bring that experience to a new set of challenges. As AI moves from the periphery of business strategy to the centre of it, Chris works with executive teams and boards to help them adopt AI in a way that is safe, commercially grounded, and genuinely transformative — without the hype, the overselling, or the unnecessary complexity that too often surrounds it.

His approach is that of a trusted advisor rather than a vendor: independent, commercially focused, and always orientated toward what is genuinely in the organisation's best interest.
