His career has spanned some of the most complex areas of technology adoption and operational change — working alongside executive teams and boards to translate technology capability into commercial and operational value. He has led transformation programmes, built data-driven organisations, and helped finance and operational leaders get access to the intelligence they need to make better decisions.
